begins with an MSDS direct Technical Specialist performing a wall-to-wall
chemical inventory of your facility, creating your custom web site, and then
generating a new master back-up hardcopy binder. The updated binder is sent
annually. Clients can add an MSDS from our master database or delete
MSDSs from their custom on-line inventory as necessary to reflect changes, with
no scheduled re-survey or on-site training.

| Re-surveys
by MSDS direct, though not scheduled, can be arranged on an as-needed
basis. As with any Service Tier, individual service components can be added or
deleted, as a client requires.
